Hi, I am Khrystal and i have an uncontrollable passion for fitness, nutrition and awakening the athlete within. I am a Bikini Pro, certified personal trainer, group instructor, reconstructive conditioning trainer and nutrition specialist, specialising in athletic training and transformation programs. Staying up to date with innovative workouts and diet strategies, I maintain my physique 365 days of the year and create quick, easy, affordable and delicious recipes to get you burning fat and building muscle fast. My goal is to help people raise the bar on their life standard and to create a whole new paradigm for how they see and experience Fitness. I aspire bridging the gap between Fitness, Food, Fashion and Fun.

As a personal trainer I wear many hats. I not only serve as a coach but as an educator, your confidant, a role model and a major source of motivation and encouragement.

Consistency

It is often difficult to stick to a program or find the accountability from within to go and train when your tiered at the end of the day or trying to find the time to squeeze in your workout. Scheduling your regular  trainings with me helps eliminate any excuses you might come up with for not exercising… plus as many of my clients say if you show up I won’t let you quit.

Safety

Training with me means you learn how to truly do proper movements or how to preform certain workouts without injuring yourself. You also start to look around and see how flawed many others are training and slowly injuring themselves so you may help and point out to your friends to do workouts safely because I trained you right. I will show you how to exercise safely and which exercises to avoid and safe use of exercise equipment.

Individualized Instruction

What works for one person may not work for another. Training with me allows you to learn what are the best options and workout for you and your goals and how to achieve them. I develop the most effective program for you based on your fitness evaluation and personal goals. Beginners in particular benefit from instruction on how to perform specific exercises and program planning.

Effective Workouts

Today’s hectic lifestyles mean you don’t have time to waste on ineffective exercise routines. I help maximize your time by providing workouts designed to meet your goals quickly and efficiently.

Supervision

Personal attention during exercise is the primary function of my job. Need someone to spot you while you do pull-ups? Looking for feedback on your running form? No problem-that’s what  i am here for. I’m observing you and assisting you and correcting as needed.
